  • My own collected info on personality types

  • The Fam's Page--The Banick Family Homepage

  • Pemberley--my sister's Pride and Prejudice-themed homepage

  • Visit the Hunger Site daily to make a free donation of food to the poor.

  • DrewTretick.com--I first met this Julliard-trained master of the electric violin in 2000, when he was performing at an outdoor mall in California, and then again at Downtown Disney in 2005. His music comes from the heart, and watching him perform is a truly moving experience. Besides all that, he is a genuinely kind person! I have all of his CD's, and they are each uniquely wonderful.

  • LaurenceJuber.com--"LJ" is recognized as one of the world's top acoustic guitar players, and he is also a nice, down-to-earth guy whom I heard about because of his involvement in Paul McCartney's band Wings in the 1970s. Besides being technically spectacular, he is a joy to watch perform live.

  • Design your own tartan online--you can save the design as wallpaper or even order real blankets in your own design.

  • Birkenstock Shoes--buy your first pair, and you'll never want to wear another brand. As a physical therapist, I am a firm believer in these well-made, supportive shoes, and their style is now very updated.

  • TV Guardian--this is an ingenious little device that filters out all bad language from close-captioned TV and videos. Works with both videos and DVD's!

  • Caribou Coffee--Great atmosphere and terrific, strong coffee.

  • Cold Stone Creamery--my favorite ice cream parlor--a marble slab creamery with endless "filling" options!

  • Cadbury--the official site for my favorite chocolate

  • Virtual London--the next best thing to being there in person!

  • The Sherlockian Holmepage--a treasure trove of info about my favorite detective
